Payment Options

We have multiple payment options. By choosing the ‘Flex Payment’ option at registration, you can secure your spot with a 25% deposit and pay the rest at your convenience. All outstanding balances will be processed on September 15th.

Scholarships & Donations

Scholarships: There are scholarships available!

For all scholarships, the Board requests a contribution from the applicant. The recommended contribution is half of your registration cost. Should you be unable to contribute this amount, please make a request to the Board for a lesser amount. Requests can be made by email or through the website.

A contribution towards a scholarship is required. Historically we have found that attendees receive more from the experience when they have participated in their registration payment. Only one scholarship is available per person, per lifetime.

Donations: We also accept and greatly appreciate scholarship donations from those who would like to contribute. Donations to our Scholarship Fund can be made via the Registration link.
